These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the School Management System ("SMS") provided by Abraar Technology LLC. The system facilitates student enrollment, teacher and staff management, attendance tracking, fee payments, and timetable scheduling.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Accounts and Access

Students, teachers, and administrators are provided with individual login credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Attendance and Records

The system records student attendance, teacher attendance, and class schedules. Unauthorized manipulation of records is strictly prohibited.

Fee Payments

The School Management System allows fee tracking and payment management. Any disputes regarding fees must be reported within 30 days.

Communication and Notifications

SMS notifications, emails, and in-app alerts may be sent for important announcements, attendance reports, and fee reminders.

Intellectual Property

All content within the School Management System remains the intellectual property of Abraar Technology LLC.

Liability and Indemnity

Abraar Technology LLC is not liable for any data loss, financial losses, or service interruptions resulting from system use.
